Atman Festival understands that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of the event or prevent ticket holders from attending. In such cases, refunds will be allowed. The following refund policy applies to Atman Festival tickets

Can I get a Ticket Refund?
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be allowed if the festival is officially canceled by Atman Festival organizers or due to any other unforeseen reason beyond the control of Atman Festival that forces the event to be canceled or rescheduled.
Refund Process
If the festival is canceled or rescheduled for the aforementioned reasons, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund. Ticket holders must follow the instructions provided by Atman Festival’s official communication channels to request a refund. Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe when possible following the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the face value of the ticket. Additional fees or charges incurred during the ticket purchase, such as booking fees or transaction fees, may not be refundable. However, this will be clearly communicated during the refund process.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the ticket purchase. Ticket holders may be required to provide additional information, such as proof of purchase, to facilitate the refund process.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may not be allowed in situations where the festival is not canceled or rescheduled due to reasons mentioned above. Reasons such as personal circumstances, changes in travel plans, or any other factors unrelated to the festival’s cancellation or rescheduling will not be eligible for refunds.
